The Building

Eixample Apartments

Eleven spacious apartments for up to 8 people located in the central Eixample district. They are all set in a historic building and feature modern, elegant decoration. The building is located in the heart of Barcelona, just 10 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalunya, and surrounded by exclusive shops and a wide variety of restaurants. The building has no parking, but there is one nearby with reduced rates for our customers. The office is in the same building, on the mezzanine.

Location

How to find us when you arrive in Barcelona

The apartments are located at Carrer de París, 178, 08036, Barcelona, and our office is on the mezzanine in the same building.

From Barcelona's Airport

TAXI

The fastest way to get to us from the airport. The journey takes about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The approximate price is 35 €.

BUS

Take the Aerobus towards the city center and get off at Plaça Catalunya. From this stop you will need to take the number 7 bus to the stop "Diagonal-Muntaner". The stop is on Avinguda Diagonal between Muntaner and Aribau streets. (From now the road is the same for one street or another) You have to cross Diagonal Avenue and walk two streets until you find Paris Street and then look for number 178.

Another option is to go to Plaça Espanya in Aerobús and take bus 27 at the stop "Tarragona - Pl Espanya" and get off at "Trav de Gràcia-Muntaner". From there, walk down Muntaner Street in the direction of traffic, turn left onto Paris street and look for our building.

CAR

You can park your car in the Windsor parking lot, located in Via Augusta nº2, very close to the apartments. They offer a special price for our guests: only 17 € / 24h (card of the apartments must be presented).

From Sants station

Take bus number 32 and get off at the "Travessera de Gracia-Muntaner" stop. Then you will have to go down Calle Muntaner until you reach Carrer de París and find the number 178.

You can also take the blue line (L5) and get off at the "Diagonal" stop. Eixample Apartments is a 5-minute walk away. You have to go down the avenue Diagonal to the junction with Paris street and look for the number 178.

From the port of Barcelona (Moll adossat)

There is a shuttle bus (T3 Port bus) from the cruise terminal to Passeig de Colom. Take metro at the "Drassanes" stop of the green line (L3) to "Diagonal". Then walk 5 minutes. You have to walk down the avenue Diagonal to the junction with Paris street and look for the number 178.

Eixample Apartments is located in the Eixample district, the most central area of Barcelona. It is a very safe area and it has a wide variety of high-standard restaurants, exclusive shops and different services such as pharmacies, cafes, bars and nightlife. We are located just 3 minutes walking from the touristic areas of Rambla Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia with its distinguished modernist buildings Casa Batlló and La Pedrera (Casa Milà). Between these two famous roads, you will find a pleasant pedestrian street known as Passatge de la Concepció, where you can enjoy avant-garde restaurants. The closest metro stations to the apartments are "Diagonal" and "Hospital Clínic". "Provença" it's the nearest station of the Railways of the Government of Catalonia. All located less than 10 minutes walking (650-700m away).

 

 

Services

THE RECEPTION IS OPEN FROM 10H TO 15H MONDAY TO SUNDAY.
OUT OF OFFICE HOURS, OUR STAFF WILL ASSIST YOU BY TELEPHONE (+34 620 58 70 73/+34 930 016 504).

We offer the following free services during office hours: luggage storage, city maps, taxi booking, ticket sales for monuments and museums, touristic information, and computer/printer for our guests' use.

Free WiFi access in the whole building.

Elevator to access the apartments.

Terrace in the rooftop for the use of all our guests. Due to Covid restrictions, the terrace has limited access, please ask in reception.

For the little ones: we have cots, high chairs and bathtubs for babies, without additional cost.

We provide bed linen and towels (one set per person) with no extra cost upon arrival. Extra sets can be set for an extra cost, upon prior request.

Cleaning service: You will find the apartment clean upon arrival. Extra cleaning service can be made for an extra cost, upon prior request.


Policies


Check-in from 15:00h to 19:00h.
If you arrive before 15:00h and your apartment is not yet ready, we can store your luggage in our office.

Check-in procedure: a member of our staff will receive you to show you the apartment, give you the keys and ask you to sign a contract (you can consult the conditions of the contract here) and make payment of the amount of the reservation as well as the city tax.

IMPORTANT: Please inform us in advance about your expected time of arrival in order to arrange the check-in. 
You can leave a comment on the reservation or contact us directly to do so.

Payment: 5 days before your arrival, we will pre-authorize your card for the total amount. At your arrival, you can choose to confirm this pre-authorization using the same card, using another card or you can pay in cash. In case you have chosen a non-refundable rate, we will require the payment upon booking. It is necessary to pay a 320€ security deposit as a guarantee:

1. In case of damage to the furniture during your stay.

2. In case of noise between the quiet hours: from 10 PM to 9 AM.

3. In case of smoking inside the apartment. 

4. To incur a penalty for a late cancellation / no show. 

Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to your arrival to verify its validity.

Check-out before 11:00.
You can leave your bags at reception and pick them up later. The check-out procedure is only to leave the keys inside of the apartment if the check-out is made before 10am. Return keys to staff if reception is open.

Cancellation policy:

14 days before the date of your arrival. Cancellations made during the 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival are subject to a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation. If you have chosen the non-refundable rate, no refund will be made in case of change or cancellation.

Special Cancellation policy for the MWC 2023 (27/02/2023 – 02/03/2023):
For this period, we have a non-refundable rate. In case of change or cancellation, no refund will be made.

Loss of keys:
It is very important not to lose the keys to the building, otherwise we will charge a penalty of 150€.
