The Building

Sants Fira Apartments

Six apartments located in the district of Sants Montjüic. the building is located very close to Plaça Espanya, Arenas Shopping Center and the Fira de Barcelona, the most important trade fair organization in the city. Ideal for business clients, attending to fairs and congresses. The visitor has leisure assured with the wide cultural offer within walking distance and easy access to the center of Barcelona by public transport.
The office is in the same building, on the ground floor, accessible from the street, next to the building entrance. Usual office working hours are 10:00 to 17:30h, Mon-Sun. But exceptionally due to staff constraints we may close earlier, particularly on Sundays.

Location

How to find us when you arrive in Barcelona

The building is located at Carrer de l'Àliga, 28, 08014, Barcelona. Our office is located in the same building, on the ground floor. It is accessible directly from the street, next to the building entrance. Usual office working hours are 10:00 to 17:30h, Mon-Sun. But exceptionally due to staff constraints we may close earlier, particularly on Sundays.

From Barcelona's Airport 

Taxi 

El modo más rápido para llegar a nosotros desde el aeropuerto. El trayecto dura unos 30 minutos, dependiendo del tráfico. El precio aproximado es de 35€. 

Bus

Take the Aerobus towards the center of the city and get off at Plaça Espanya. From here, you should walk 10 minutes.

Car

You can park your car in the Saba Bamsa car park, located in Carrer de Vilardell, 20, very close to the apartments. They offer a special multi-day rate (minimum 3 days) of 45.20 €. Each extra day per 12 €.

From Sants Station

10 minutes walking. Take Carrer del Doctor Triadó until you reach Carrer del Consell de Cent and cross the main street Creu Coberta.

From the Port of Barcelona (Moll adossat)

There is a shuttle bus (T3 Port Bus) from the cruise terminal to Passeig del Colom. Take the metro at "Drassanes" stop of the green line (L3) to "Tarragona". Then walk 10 minutes. You can also take the D-20 bus from Drassanes to the "Creu Coberta - Plaza España" stop and walk 5 minutes.

Sants/Fira Apartments is located in the district of Sants-Montjuïc, one of the main neighborhoods of the city. Perfect area to discover the secrets of authentic Catalan culture without crowds of tourists. It is in a perfect location near Plaça Espanya and Montjuïc, well known for its constant exhibition activity. In addition, it is a very well communicated neighborhood; you can reach the center of Barcelona in just 10 minutes by metro. Sants-Montjuïc is also known for its great commercial and leisure activity. You will find a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE A RECEPTION.

THE NEAREST OFFICE IS LOCATED IN CARRER PESCATERIA 1 AND IN CARRER DE PARÍS, 178, OPEN FROM 10H TO 15H FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY.
OUT OF OFFICE HOURS, OUR STAFF WILL ASSIST YOU BY PHONE (+34 692 819 933 / +34 930 016 504). 

We offer the following free services: luggage storage in our office, city maps, taxi booking, ticket sales for monuments and museums, touristic information, and computer / fax / printer for our guests' use.

Free high speed wifi internet in all apartments.

Elevator to access to the apartments (The elevator is very small, for one person or one piece of luggage. Please respect the indications).

For the little ones: we have 1 cot and 1 highchair without extra charge; please request in advance.

We provide bed linen and towels (one set per person) with no extra cost. Extra sets can be set for an extra cost, upon prior request.

Cleaning service: You will find the apartment clean upon arrival. Extra cleaning service can be made for an extra cost, upon prior request.

 

Policies

Check-in from 15:00h to 17:00h.
If you arrive before 15:00h and your apartment is not yet ready, we can store your luggage in our office.

Check-in procedure: a member of our staff will receive you to show you the apartment, give you the keys and ask you to sign a contract (you can consult the conditions of the contract here) and make payment of the amount of the reservation as well as the city tax.

IMPORTANT: Please inform us in advance about your expected time of arrival in order to arrange the check-in. 
You can leave a comment on the reservation or contact us directly to do so.

Payment: 5 days before your arrival, we will pre-authorize your card for the total amount. At your arrival, you can choose to confirm this pre-authorization using the same card, using another card or you can pay in cash. In case you have chosen a non-refundable rate, we will require the payment upon booking. It is necessary to pay a 260€ security deposit as a guarantee:

1. In case of damage to the furniture during your stay.

2. In case of noise between the quiet hours: from 10 PM to 9 AM.

3. In case of smoking inside the apartment. 

4. To incur a penalty for a late cancellation / no show. 

Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to your arrival to verify its validity.

Check-out before 11:00.
You can leave your bags at reception and pick them up later. The check-out procedure is only to leave the keys inside of the apartment if the check-out is made before 10am. Return keys to staff if reception is open.

Cancellation policy:

14 days before the date of your arrival. Cancellations made during the 14 days prior to the expected date of arrival are subject to a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation. If you have chosen the non-refundable rate, no refund will be made in case of change or cancellation.

Special Cancellation policy for the MWC 2023 (27/02/2023 – 02/03/2023):
For this period, we have a non-refundable rate. In case of change or cancellation, no refund will be made.

Loss of keys:
It is very important not to lose the keys to the building, otherwise we will charge a penalty of 150€.
